Cogent Labs is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade ML systems powering AI-driven workflow automation.
# 📌 Responsibilities
1. Lead ML research initiatives
2. Design and train CV/NLP models
3. Manage full ML lifecycle
4. Optimize scalability & performance
5. Maintain high-quality production code
6. Mentor junior engineers
# 🎯 Required Qualifications
• 4+ years production ML experience
• Strong Python & PyTorch skills
• Experience in NLP or Computer Vision
• Production deployment experience
# ⭐ Nice to Have
• Japanese ability
• PhD in CS or related field
• Distributed systems experience
• MLOps experience
