DPRK sends Olympic officials, 280-member delegation to ROK for PyeongChang Olympics


A 280-member delegation from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is coming to the ROK Wednesday for the Winter Olympic Games, according to Seoul’s Unification Ministry. The DPRK’s sports minister is leading the delegation. There are also three officials from the DPRK’s National Olympic Committee, 229 cheerleaders, 26 Taekwondo demonstrators and 21 journalists. They are to arrive via land, then go to the Olympic site by bus.
